چکیده

Whole-body vibration (WBV) has been used to improve jumping ability, muscle strength, power, and performance in various sports. Bilateral deficit (BLD) is defined as the difference magnitude of maximum force during single or double support. The present study investigated effect unilateral bilateral whole-body exercise on asymmetry BLD former artistic gymnasts. Twenty-eight gymnasts volunteered participate this study. Participants performed 4 experimental protocols nonconsecutive days a random order. Each protocol included 3-min-warm-up running treadmill at 2.22 m.s -1, followed by 2-min rest. intervention were: a) WBV with feet [bipedal] (WBVB), b) foot [unilateral] (WBVU), c) WBVB device turn-off (NWBVB), d) WBVU (NWBVU). dependent variables were squat jump (SJ) counter movement (CMJ) both (bilateral) leg (unilateral). Results showed significant interaction between condition time SJ (bilateral unilateral) CMJ, whereas main was found for SJ. Conclusively, improves significantly lower limbs symmetry performance. Further, (WBV B) most effective CMJ
